We are looking to recruit a PART TIME bridal stylist to work within our bridal studio, Coco + Kate. We have a fantastic reputation so we are looking for a very special and committed person to join our team.

Shopping for and purchasing your wedding dress is all about having an amazing and memorable experience, so you will be required to excel in all areas of customer service. Whilst the role is incredibly fun, it is also hard work. You will be managing emotional customers, therefore a calm, friendly and kind approach is a must at all times. The job is also quite physical as you will also be lifting heavy wedding dresses and helping brides in and out of them.

The role includes:

  • Dealing with new and existing bridal clients.

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with all queries and appointment requests.

  • Dress steaming and preparation.

  • Organisation and cleaning of the boutique.

  • Chasing orders.

  • Running appointments.

  • Advising on all aspects of bridal attire.

Applicants MUST have:

  • Previous sales experience (not necessarily in bridal).

  • Full, clean UK Driving License and access to own transport.

  • Exemplary customer service skills.

  • A passion for fashion and styling.

  • Be approachable, friendly, personable and fun!

  • The desire to go that extra mile to ensure our brides have the best experience when purchasing their wedding dress.

  • Ability to use an Apple iPad.

Work Schedule

  • The role will be based on a 16 hour per week contract with additional hours as required.

  • You will be required to work every Saturday and either a Wednesday or Friday.

  • The expected start date is December 2021, but this is flexible for the right candidate.
