Cancellation Policy

At Coco + Kate, we use an online booking system to manage our appointments.  This system allows you to select an appointment time that suits you. Once you book an appointment, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address. 

If you can’t make your Dress Consultation appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Booking fees are non-refundable, although we will rearrange your appointment wherever possible.
